2 Tbspns tahini
2 Tbspns sherry vinegar or cider vinegar
2 Tbspns medium sherry or white wine
2 Tbspns sesame oil
1 Tbsnp soy sauce
1 clove garlic – crushed
Place the tahini, vinegar and sherry in a bowl, gradually mix well together. Add remaining ingredients, mix thoroughly. Pour over salad, Carefully combine.
Don’t think of salads, just in term of the usual lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber. There are any number of ingredients available for you to turn into a healthy flavoursome meal. Salads can be warm or cold. Try combining left over cooked veg with grains and your choice of homemade dressing.
